This design is based on an age old premise of sin and forgiveness, through the eyes of a vulnerable woman, exposed to the cruelties of life.

and this is all represented in those neat looking squiggles....

Yeah that was the motivation behind my original pencil drawing, but I just thought it would make a nice bold graphic for a tee. I'll post some line weight and color variations soon...... maybe even the original drawing.

too deep a backstory

I love that you explained the meaning behind the design. I would have dug the design even without knowing that. Sometimes it's nice (as the viewer of a piece of art) to know what thoughts were going through the artist's head when the art was being created. The work is infused with some of that energy, and knowing a little about it is enlightening.

But even if I were ignorant of all that, I'd still wear the shirt. 5.
