This is my first design. I think it's probably too bland. Suggestions are appreciated.

What's on his back? A cape?

it should prolly be in the bottom corner too. It looks a little trange in the middle. also, the arms could use a bit of work.

ah, I didn't see the wings. Well, one thing you can do is mak them more clear and recognizable. Have them spreading a bit more or put the arms in a different place to clarify the image.

Definately re do this... it's a great idea but it needs more thought put into the design.

I like the simplistic design, reminds me of shel silverstein...but like everyone said it needs a little more TLC. I give it a 3 for now.

since it appears that the man is about to leap off a cliff, keep the design high up on the shirt like you already have. maybe shorten the horizontal line a bit so that the end of the cliff is centered.. ?
you mentioned that the thing on his back's supposed to be wings... you could clarify that by drawing a strap on his arm perhaps... and maybe add the right wing in the background as well.. after all, he needs 2 wings to attempt flying ay?

so there's a bunch of ideas for improvement.
now you don't have to think so hard on how to make it better.
