In a bygone era well before their fame came to fruition, an unlikely band of eccentric hirsute characters formed a secret fraternal order.

Before, the fraternal order was disbanded, one final portrait was commissioned. It was lost for many years....until now.

Really cool. It may be a little hard to see the design on a shirt unless you're up close. Is there any way you could make certain lines more bolder than others?

helo, I wish i had thought of Cornelius , from planet of the apes! He would have been a cool addition! but alas... but even so, I had others, but it became an issue of fitting them all. The picture above the mantle is of a "critter" from those '80's horror movies "Critters".

Just to respond to the copyright issues that keep being brought up...

As far as I know, as long as it's a parody of the copyrighted thing, then it is legal. For example, Emo bear which just got printed (carebear), or all the various Star Wars shirts ( Darth Vader clipping a bush, Jedi Knight with a saber cross), also if my memory is correct, I think there was a Monopoly based tee, a KFC/Colonel Sanders tee, and a Batmobile Tee that was printed.

Please feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.....

Yeah, ryeofcali, this is a tenuous area to be in. If I were the artist, I would check to see what legal protection Threadless offers the designers of the tees they print.

The design is hysterical, just not sure I'd wear it. As for copyright, you're right about parody. If the other designs you mentioned fit the criteria, I'd imagine this would as well. The final call is Threadless's though, so I'll give you a 5 and wish you luck.
