My personal impression: while I would never in a million years wear this shirt, or any shirt with a naked chick on it, much less a naked chick grasping her crotch with both hands, I think that, for a picture of a naked chick grasping her croth with both hands, it is extremely well done - I LOVE the little wrinkles on her belly. I kind of feel like I have to score this shirt well just on the strength of those wrinkles, even though the only way I would put this shirt on would be at gunpoint or under threat of torture. You obviously have talent. The belly wrinkles rock my world. |

women are not toys! or sex objects or anything like that which is exactly the message this t-shirt is sending. and do i love the drawing; that is one damn fine cartoon woman. but the message makes me ill. i don't know if this was your intention or not, and i do love the art, but a faceless naked woman sitting in front of a game controler just screams "control and play with women".

It's very well done; I'd only change the color of the horns; it's weird that they're the same color as her skin...
I don't see this as an offense to women at all; I see it as a tribute to women's beauty and sensuality. Hey, men and women both enjoy playing with each other. Oh, and the nipple is definitely not out of place. What's the matter guys, jealous? |

Nice style...I can appreciate the art, but I'm with a few of the others on here. The naked girl is something I would never wear. It does seem quite a bit like she is a sex object and I am not sure you could pull off a tshirt with a naked chick and not have it feel that way. I'm not sure anyone could.
But yeah, this shirt especially with the game controller makes it seem like the shirt is sexualizing girl gamers and I'm sorry, but I get enough of that on my t-shirts. Guys think we barely exist and that if we do and we're hot we are some sort f sexual novelty. Can't support that kind of thing. I'm just a gamer. I know you said it wasn't your intetntion... but it is how it looks. |

umm... i think if t-shirts were just pieces of cloth, we wouldn't be having websites where we'd invest so much time into submitting, and, rating, and talking about, and picking out t-shirts to buy. we'd PROBABLY just end up going to value village to buy pieces of cloth (a lot cheaper, at that) to put on ourselves for the sake of keeping ourselves warm.
i can't say anything about the design that hasn't already been said, except maybe that i'm not a huge fan of the colour combination (lavender on puky brown), and what are the shadows behind her? (2 for legs, what are the other 2?) |

lemon of pink, after reflecting on it a bit, I'm thinking the horns and the control may be too much and can be considered offensive; the faceless part I don't mind, and I still think the design itself (without horns and control) is not an offense to women... it's artsy.

First off, the design/composition/layout itself is great. Not crazy about the subject matter, and I'm with the majority in that I wouldn't wear a t-shirt with a naked girl on it.
However, what I take issue with, overdoz, is that you're trying to pass this off as an innocent drawing with no deeper meaning. Seriously, let's break down the "xbox" component: x being a nod to pornography, and box being a slang for vagina (sorry ladies). Add this to the fact that everything in the design draws the attention to the crotch ( i.e. "her xbox": the hands, the angle of the controller, the small opening between the hands, the center of the shadow "x" (x marks the spot?)...all signs point to making the crotch the center of the composition. Which isn't bad. It's actuall very well done. Just don't pretend you aren't trying to say something specific with this, and have the viewers eye focus on her crotch. On a different note: the horns and ears are a playful and interesting choice...why not go full on and add a devil's tail...maybe even one that bleeds into a cable for the controller (I realize it's a supposed to be a wireless controller, but if you grayscale the controller, it could arguable be the standard xbox controller instead of xbox 360.) Anyway, like the image, hate that you're defending it. How does the old saying go? "'Tis better to be silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt". I'll give it a 4. Keep it up. |

This T-shirt makes the xbox a sex object. I use my xbox to have fun. There is nothing sexual about the relationship I have with the machine. Putting the xbox controller next to a naked woman sullies the purity of the xbox. When I saw this, I found the sexualualisation of the xbox offensive. And I was eating at the time.

I don't think there's any need to be harsh about this submission. The design is a little too racy for me to consider wearing it in public and I don't quite get the Xbox 360 concept, but the art itself is very simple and nice. I'd love to see other ideas from the designer.

Who knew a Tshirt design could drum up such controversy? In my opinion, Lose the nipple, Lose the controller, and possibly add a devils tail, maybe just toy with the design witha tail, im not sure if a tail would add to it or not really. Also If it were me, i wouldn't have that color of skin on a brown shirt. Makes it look odd. For the most part i agree with simplify. Good subject matter, but the point that comes across is kind of sexist. Sorry, but thats how it comes across to me.
And for all those who said the hole between her hands looks like a vagina hole...(being a women myself) How long has it been since you've seen a vagina...that's not where it's located..just so you know. If you're aiming for that hole...it wont be what you are expecting just to let you know. Check ya' anatomy. Thanks. |

i like it, but i'd lose the nipple and the controller entirely. the nipple takes away from whatever classyness there is of a naked chick with devil horns. the controller will just make it go out of date too fast, a few years down the road, it'll just look like some obscure video game controller. if you really want to keep one in, go for something clasic and ageless, like atari or NES.

they just don't mix well, well at least here they don't, they just seem out of place here, no real connection between the two. The nipple does look out of place to me, I know it might have been there in the actual photo you used, but it looks out of place in the design, if anything I don't think the design needs the nipple showing, I'd prefer it without it. Don't like the idea, but some nice clean design skills, kudos. 2 best of luck. |
