i like the concept, its something to make you laugh. i was going to say i vote no text, but im not really sure.. i really like it on that brighter blue shirt color, i forget the name of it.

the hand is a bit... simple. maybe make it seem more realistic rather than puffy?

without text, either colour. could make the sandwich a little more sandwich-y... with pickles and such as has been said above, so long as it doesn't get too complicated.
