Notice the title is "If I were drowning" but the text reads 'was'. Taking on the character of the poor child.

I'm loving the phrase on the shirt, but the execution doesn't seem to complement it very well. Does that make sense? Maybe start over with the concept, I don't know.

Man, I really like this. It's weird, but it's whimsical and cute. It reminds me of indie rock song lyrics. I like the illustration.

Oh I also like the font. And in regards to all of the criticisms of the kid, floaties, unrealistic nature of the design...That's the point. It's conceptual. I don't see the kid as drowning--it's just a picture of a kid in a pool that complements the theme and attitude of the text. It's sweet. I get this. 5 and buy.

OMG. That is appalling. When I was ten I was swimming with my little brother. Our parents had gone to fetch our towels and we were being naughty and not coming back to the side. One minute Timmy was right next to me and the next moment I looked round and there was this enormous whale of a woman, I mean Orca-fat, wearing the same polka-dot swimming costume as the child in your design. Everytime I see it I think of the vast dippled blubber and want to vomit. That t-shirt really upsets me.

I love the idea, but the drawing could have been much more dramatic. I don't know about using a child. I think I would use an older character.

Whoops, wrong shirt... Dunno how that happened... Sorry! I will leave criticism for this, though. I like the colors, but not the goggles. I would make the left goggle round like the right, and not suggest any hair at all. I would also try to make the body seem more proportional, since it's hard to pull off that 3-d effect with vector art...

I like the text, and I DONT say that much. Its kind of an original romantic notion.

The text reminds me of those shirts from Hot Topic that say "Don't hate me because I'm beautifl" and "Take a picture it lasts longer" The graphic is cool but the message is cheesy.
