Maybe some squgglies on either side? Or not. I do believe that it is missing something -- maybe another shirt color might alleviate that... or something. He's cute, though.

If the design were located in the lower-left or lower-right of the shirt, I believe it would work better as an overall concept. In the middle, it looks too thin and creates a large void around the graphic.
