Morbidboy, true story, yon Asian dude what created Donkey Kong - not being too swift in the English dept.- figured "donkey kong" would be the proper term for "stubborn gorilla". I mean it!

I would think this would by pass the copyrights because the gorilla dosnt look like the original DK and you cant see marios face so it can be a figure of anyone in blue overalls. I think this would fall into parody thus by passing copyright laws???

if you're gonna have mario, i think you should have had the princess too. was it princess diasy or toadstool? can;t remember, but you get the point! like the design though.

princess isn't in Donkey Kong... just some blond girl in a slutty red dress or a blond girl in a Quaker pink dress... depends on which version you played...
