The fish is very well drawn but should have been utilized in a different setting, if I may be so bold to say .

I don't really see the connection. Land legs, see legs, yes. But... I can't imagine how crutches woudl be involved with either of those subjects.
That aside, it's a very nice illustration. |

To “have one’s sea legs” is to be able to walk calmly and steadily on a tossing ship, or to become accustomed to a new or strange situation: “Even though Kimberly just joined the company, she’s got her sea legs in a hurry.” |

I like it but the eye disturbs me, it doesn't look very much like a fish eye to me or... erm, I'm not sure what it is... Have you ever heard David Lynch talk about the "eye of the duck" moment in his films? It's where the narrative condenses and centres the film (or something) but it can be easily misplaced. For me that fish's eye is too weird and it's sucking content from the rest of the image.

Your artwork is amazingly well done. Details are fantastic, I adore the colors, and I got the title association right away. Even without knowing the title it is still an incredibly fun shirt. <3 I would wear it! $5!!
