The other day my roomate baked a cake for Turkey day and when he opened the egg carton there was one brown egg in it! It was great. I took a picture of it...and thought it'd be a great first submission for threadless. I couldn't find a light brown shirt in the template so I used gold. Hope you guys like it enough to get it printed!

Nice, but I would put in on a brownish t-shirt so the egg looks brown. Yellow eggs are creepy.

yeah...i originally planned on having a brown shirt...but this is my first sub and I wasn't familiar with whether or not i could submit my own tshirt color so i just went with the colors they had in the template. The brown they had made the egg look like poop so i stuck with the golden orange...plus it makes it look like a golden egg!

I'd buy a golden shirt! I don't have enough GOLDEN shirts.

this shirt is a "4" for me. i love it. but it is graphically broken.



first, bad color. many of your blonde or brown-haired friends cannot wear this.and the background color does nothing for the design.



second, pink is wasted here. what we need is "shirt", "carton", "eggs", and "odd egg". you haven't zeroed in with color on what you're trying to do.



other than that, I LOVE IT

I'm sure that it would be great on brown, but in gold I can't help but see it as a grin with one gold tooth, and gold teeth freak me out.

i saw a gold tooth too... but that's sorta cool. i'd sorta like to see some eyes scribbled in the egg carton lid for that reason.

i think it would be awesome to have a similar design with the off-color egg being punked out like a rocker w/duds drawn on and a mohawk of chick-hair coming out a crack at the top. and call it "made" or something. that's what i think of when i'm looking at this one. lol



a great shirt, and the golden egg bit mentioned above is a neat take on the idea. i do think a light green would make a better color for the carton, but i am not a big fan of pink.



i certainly see eggs right off, not teeth, but it's kind of cool to have a shirt that people tilt their heads at to figure out. if it can be more than what you design it to be, that doesn't have to be a bad thing.

I REALLY WISH I COULD....blast the 4 color rule. White, black, pink, and dark pink. Those are the four colors...i didn't know if the idea would come across if the egg was like say blue, or green, or red. Anywho...i really really really hope this wins! It'd be awesome to have my first submission win...and it's a revolution piece! MUAHAHAHAHAHA!
