Oh, ok thanks, tomassi. I went to the site, and to be honest, I don't see that much similarity between our styles. The only thing I see in common is the appearance of robots, and the color red. I've been drawing this way for years.

I know this has been said a thousand times already now, but seriously, i think people should make the effort to do something original. THIS IS A SIMPLE COPY OF A SAM BROWN PICTURE.

And a hint to anyone that likes this design, go to www.explodingdog.com. There are literaly hundreds of images along these lines (only much much better) and Sam Brown is more than happy to let people use his artwork on their own t-shirts, no copyright infringement or anything.

Please stop copying other people and let Threadless do what they do best - printing amazing, but most of all original, t-shirts.

I'm not usually a mean pefrson, but you need to stop being a dick.

This was not a copy of a freaking sam brown image. I didn't even know what explodingdog was until so many people had to shout it in my face.

To me, this WAS original. I have been drawing this way for about 3 years now, and you know what? It realy sucks to learn you're not as original as you thought you were.

So don't pick on me. I hope my shirt gets printed, as any artist would like to see their stuff printed. I hope people will actually see this for what it is, which is MY expression ad NOT a copy. If there ae similarities, it's a coincidence, and there are similarities, but it is not at all, a copy.

You have no idea how much you hurt my feelings. I just wanted to have fun and contribute to a site with other aspiring artists. I didn't know there would be rude and mean people like you. Thanks for ruining it.

nuts to the explodingdog nay-sayers.
if you had made the robot ANY other colour, nobody would have drawn the comparison.
the red robot is one of his trademark images, and explodingdog is an insanely popular site. so when you show a drawing of a red robot to a design/webcomic crowd, they all clamour to say "sam brown" first, and some of them just happen to be douchebags about it.
