should be an original design but eh...

the colors/concept is too similar to 'So Lovely', i think

I'm seeing more than 4 colours.
There a 4 just on the little penguin, and there are definitely 2 kinds of orange.
The main problem for me is it's just traced from a photo, that's not exactly designing is it.
I do like the colours though, but maybe not with a blue shirt.
Low score from me.

thanks for the comments and everything. You guys are right. I just wanted a shirt like that and I have never seen one so I tried to do it. I have seen the movie i just thought you guys were saying I copied the idea with the heart from somewhere else and I didn't do that.

I'm pretty sure they *were* saying that you copied the idea from somewhere... You took a pre-existing photo and put a heart around it, which I don't think makes it your own design.
