I like the concept. Not crazy about the execution.
Mostly the style of the heart is throwing it off, for me. It's like it's trying to be realistic while only using one colour, and that just doesn't do it for me.

in emphasizing 'art' you're also emphasizing 'he' whether that is intentional or not i dunno, I mean duh you can't do one without the other. i'm just getting a feeling that the tee is saying that scientific drawings is the "way that art is masculine" or that "art of he is scientific, thus correct", and I don't think you mean that. It is awfully cool looking though.

If it were smaller and on the left breast of the shirt over where your heart would be, i would consider buying it. I would also prefer it in black. or baby blue. I'm not a big fan of white shirts. but if u have to... i still like it
