This is cute, but even with the contest, I can't get over how bizarre it is to have a plug as a hook. Maybe if there were another electric reference, so it was a theme, instead of just... a secret electric claw-hand?

Design is clean, though. I like the blue.

I remember an episode of nickelodeon's "are you afraid of the dark" where this evilo guy had a plug instead of a hand. what a great show. and a great design Aidyl 5$!

if i were a pirate, i would have all kinds of special attachments for my hook, so why not go electrical? this is a great drawing, i too like the blue the best.

i think when i saved it for the web, it dulled down the colors. the actual one has a bit more contrast. thanks for the suggestions, compliments, and criticisms. arrrg. me loves pirates.
