About my design
by Aruun
Ah, my first submission. Sorry for the image in the preview, both of them look terrible because I had to resize it. It's much cleaner and more detailed in the full-res version. Anyway, I'm actually not sure where I got the idea, but it turned out decently well I think, albeit a little simplistic. Any comments are appreciated.

unfortunately, it reminds me of an anti-tobacco campaign they did here in jersey. 3.

This cancept has been used in advertising with various messages. Still, cool for a T-shirt.

I really like it, but I wonder if it might benefit from maybe a less obvious slogan? I'm not particularly inspired right now, but I'm thinking if you could try and make the same point in maybe a less direct, more playful way then it might be a bit more thought proking?

Just a thought!

You should read The Barcode Tatoo.
This totally reminded me of that book.

To be honest, I feel like this is the most obvious, over used idea/image out there. I mean, I'm not saying it's good, I'm just saying that when I see it it's kind of like being hit over the head with a two-by-four on which is written "the world is suffering an identity crisis!"
Who knows, maybe it's just me.

the barcode counterculture metaphor is pretty oversaturated - i think a different aesthetic approach would be more refreshing.
