...So, it's just a menu of a restraunt's specials on a shirt? I like the hand-written numbers, but I need more on a shirt than just a bunch of sandwiches.

I can't tell if the "Special" is supposed to be behind or covering.. I think you should redesign the layout of the shirt to make everything more clear to read.
Perhaps something like
SPECIAL:
food 1 80 cents
food 2 $1.70
food 3

or so forth. maybe add pictures of food too. just something...
