I think that it'd look better if you had her in the middle, with vines going either way, like wings. Other than that, it looks great!

Yeah, I vote for a white shirt maybe. I don't think you should center the girl; in fact, I think you could move her over a bit more and extend the vines out longer like someone suggested. Either way, it's still a good idea, and great vector.
