Some of you guys are way off.
Donald Rumsfeld and Donald Duck share the same 1st name. Many quotes from him that I have read and heard make him come off like a dick. Mix 'em together and whaola, you get Donald Dick. Dick Cheney has nothing to do with this design, never has. |
