the hands of the man and the girl dont connect. The girl's body seems a little too square.

I think the phone lines should be a bit lessbold, they take away from the rest of the design

I think the powerlines take away from the whole thing. In my opinion, it'd be better without the powerlines at all. And I agree about making the balloon string longer. Also, light blue for the color rather than brown.

The power lines are important. The way they're emphasized in this picture makes it poignant. Without them it'd be a cliche. (That's kind of why they're important actually, they're the 1 element that kind of breaks them apart from the cliche)
