This is really interesting...Is the pupil supposed to be the moon? ....I think it looks like the moon with pretty colors and a star! But that's just me. It doesn't really have the exact shape of an eye, but it's close enough... I like how it kinda resembles one of those old rotating faces on watches...

has a nice kinda pagan/ zodiac feel to it if u know what i mean. u could play on that more maybe. I fink if u tweaked the colours a bit it would look more balanced and have more of a presance. ie more contrast between the blue and green and maybe a dark maroon for the night sky....? 4

If you're shirt doesn't make it here, may I suggest marketing it to the Rainbow Coalition? Seriously, it's quite imaginative, but i truly wish you hadn't put the US of A front and center. Why not feature Asia? It's got a bit of ying and yang to it. It'd be better in the East. The culture over there cares about things like balance.
