Love the idea, but the child's proportions somehow look wrong. I think that the head is a little big and the arm is too long. Other than that, it's great!

I like the drawing, especially the use of light and such, but the thought bubble really ruins it. I don't think it is necessary to be so explicit, and it does nothing to improve the design. Leave it to the viewers' imaginations. Aside from the bubble, though, I like it alot. Very nice...
