I think the tear drop looks fine, the more obvious point would be to separate them further apart. Penguins are funny fuckers.

More spacing between the penguins and lose the teardrop. It wouldnt start crying until sometime after it was outcast and the horrid reality of being all alone had sunk in methinks. A 4 though.

Do a sequel tee where the penguin becomes a powerful business mogul, buy's the iceberg and truns it into a themepark, leaving those who shunned him to roam the seas in search of a new place to live. Or maybe not.

Do the feet look really funny to anyone else? It's like they're all wearing rubber boots instead of having cute scaly penguin feet covered by rolls of lovable penguin fat. Needs some tweaking...

if he is crying b/c he is outcast, like some of you said, then he should be behind the group right? i just dont like it. they look gawky and i love penguins so this is a discrace!
