I don't think there's any problem with the grammar... it reads just like a missing notice should. It's like a classified ad.

drop the a in "a rare dodo"... thats the grammar thing. a's have no place in missing ads. but i love it, and would buy it even with the a. good stuff.

I like the text! It looks like it came out of an old newspaper! The grammer might be off, but thats probably how it would have been put in an old newpaper.
