The definition of his face needs to be a bit darker. Right now he kind of looks like an earthworm in a uniform. Hee! But it's a funny concept.

I'm not really seeing a sissy pose, but I do think the hip/hand/pocket region could use some work as well as the face. Nice idea I just think it could use a little more work.

I think the nose was lost to the color of the face, he didn't actually define it with a black line. it's all shadow.

yeah, give the poor dude a nose. it looks like E.T. the native american police chief here. the concept is kinda funny, but i'd prefer to have it centered. i mean, i know it's supposed to be a badge, but it just looks kinda wierd there.
