Yeah handle might be better and the splotchy thing is kinda bothering me. It should be dripping from the wound.
But really like the idea. Refine it a bit and it could be great.

Dripping, a smaller wound, unless the stabber is carving the stabee. Other than that, a nice take on the whole "Look, an image about the heart near where the heart is anatomically!" idea.

i less than three the title but its a little gruesome for me and i agree with strayed the handle sticking out instead of the blade would be more realistic!

Love it! I disagree with comments about showing the handle instead. This way it looks more like something is trying to get out, rather than 'oops, I got stabbed'. I also like the splotches, as it makes it look like a quick, violent stab outwards, and that very little time has passed since.

The slice is good, and the blood on the knife too, but that splatter is out of place. The color is off and it looks like it doesn't belong. Cool idea though.

jleanse23 has already said it, but i will say it again. throw a handle on the back and make it slightly less bloody... not that i would wear a shirt like this anyway, but I am sure many people would.

the blade a little smaller and the handle on the back and it would be cool, it would look like a back stab. but whats with the splotches? too much. so it would be a 5 with that changed.
