Nice illustration, but the text needs to be tweaked a little bit.

The illustration is adorable and I love it, but I'm not so sure about the speech bubbles.

it looks good, but you're over the color limit i'm pretty sure...
you have a dark green, green, lighter green, black, and white...

Ha ha! The bird pooped on his head! I like the style of the characters. Very light and frivolous. I would suggest having the bronto looking up at the bird; this would give a stronger visual connection between the two characters.

As for the text, I feel that you should either spell out the word "fucking" or don't use it at all. If you feel that you should be hiding that word behind ASCII symbols, then perhaps you should just omit it.

Ditch the brontosauraus talking. They were the dumbest creatures to walk the earth. plus it is hilarious if he just looks pissed and the flying dino say gwark or whatever. this is cool
