I didn't know they passed the "Loves" entries right into the In The Running category. Wow. Either that or someone is up doing submission acceptances at midnight, cause this got passed thru FAST. Haha. |

It looks a little like she has a beard... but it only took a second or two to register that it was hair coming down in the back or something, and not side-show facial hair. I really like the color choices.

I hate my Chemical Romance...so very much...But that has nothing to do with this.
I like the design, does look a bit like she has a beard..not so much though..the design is very very nice, i like it a lot..I think if the hair in the back was just a little darker, it will make it a little better the colours work nicely though good work |

YES! Sweet shirt. That S&M ball thing reminds me of those 50’s pinup mags, er not that I’ve actually OWNED any of those things - I’ve only seen them… I mean a friend of mine saw them…once…crap.

azrielen on Sep 03 '05 Hehe woot MCR! Gotta love a band that thinks ballerinas, choreographed dancers, death, and lots of makeup make for great videos...which surprisingly, it does!
Anyway, thanks for the comments on the shirt. Yeah, now that I think about it, darkening the colors in the lettered layer would be an improvement. Maybe even adding another color to the design, making it 4 total, and giving the back "hair" some depth and variation. Am I reading it weird or does the June competition only have one winner instead of three places like the others have? |

kinda makes me think of ghosts...and bondage...which doesn't really make that much sense if you really think about it...how do you bind a ghost?

azrielen on Sep 03 '05 I worry that the ball gag is a bit much for some. Would ba a sgame to loose because June thinks it's too intense for them to sell or something. Hmmm. Maybe I'll do a tamer version. That feels like I'm selling out on the design tho. Grr. I hate these dilemas.

I really like this. The ball gag makes it seem almost dangerous...but it has a naughty sex appeal.....I like it alot...very brave and original..I'd like to see it in pink personally...what can I say?

azrielen on Sep 05 '05 Hahaha xxshifttheoryxx....I have to say I usually agree. Most of that scene is kind of crap, especially live, but every now and then you find someone with something to say, and unlike some, MCR writes good lyrics.
Ball gags hurt and make you drool on yourself. I have no idea why people like them that much, but they are very effective at getting you to not talk. Hehe. |

I have to agree that Im not a fan of MCR but I really like this shirt and I hope it gets printed.. your probably my favourite artists on this site. Is it only going to come out in Navy?

I'm not sure what color it will come out in. I like it on Navy, but if Threadless tems decides it would be better in another color they reserve the right to change it. |

This is truely badass... It would be nice without the "Talk" streaks, but then that would take away from the whole point of submitting it for the competition (Unless the "Talk" made up her hair, which would probably look worse)
Either way, neat job! - one of my favourites from the competition. |

Love the idea! Love MCR! As much as I Love Slayer! That's right i said it! haha! Need a bit more depth on the hair(the back piece), But still great. Awesome job!
