It works on any dark colors. Black makes it easiest to see

You've got great graphic skills! The only reason I wouldn't wear it is personal taste: I'm not a fan of the whole blood thing.

You might want to base such an illustration on an actual fighting stance. A good still of Toshiro Mifune from "Yojimbo" or "Sanjuro" (or whatever) would do; it's just that this stance LOOKS contrived (and indefensible). Just a thought. I wouldn't buy this shirt precisely because I don't think it's a good representation of samurai fighting styles. There, I'm done now.
