This shirt is on denim.

I came up with the concept one day when I was working... the same day I came up with Ave Maria, Fighting Words, and the tentatively-titled That Lady Engulfs the City. Productive day.

Before I created the image I saw Zip the Lips ( http://threadless.com/submission/52658/ZIP_THE_LIPS ), and knowing how a bunch of people like to see theft where it is coincidence...

oh well, I made it anyway and put it up. I'll probably get some zeros, but I think it's a damn good design, even if the execution may be lacking.

Enough bitching. I like how the uniformity of the zipper is played against the sloppy coloring. I intentionally colored over the holes in the zipper's puller-thing.

I think I'm getting better at this.

Lips usually taper off a lot more at the ends than you have them. The cupid's bow in the center is usually a little more abrupt...and the lower lip needs to be a little bit thicker than the top. And rounded, not all...flattened out like that.
