Red shirt on the guy. I'm also for getting rid of the stand, it kinda states the obvious joke. The feet are a little weird too, which is throwing me off and I can't seem to let it go.

The shirt is better as brown instead of red. However if you remove the stand then the shirt could work nicely as red (but don't remove the stand) ;-)
I agree with shaymeow, the snake does need a tad more work. all that being said, this is one of my favorite designs on the site! |

I would have moved the stand to the other side of the man. It would give the whole design more symmetry, and I think it would look better. more work on the snake, yes. |

If you keep the stand, you need to fix the letterspacing on the word "prank."

Oh, and he should be looking up at the cobra's head, not down at the can. It just doesn't seem real that way.

the snake should have more detail and the shirt in red, so you see those two things first. and maybe take out the word "prank" on the stand.
