I like the idea, but how about making it a rectangular sign, like in most of the US? I had to look to recognize it...

Also, maybe a white sign w/black #s and red border on a black shirt?

its a great idea but i think the design is too big.. and as said avove i think it would have been better as the rectangular speed limit sign

Ok. This has to be the best design that I've seen so far for this contest.
It's simple. It's clever. It has a good concept, and it gets straight to the point.

I'm not really fond of the Black one that much, but I would definately wear the white one.
