I like the concept, i think inside the key hole needs a bit of work and more of a natural colour

I love the concept, but the art just seems kind of messy. Maybe it's just the way it was uploaded. And it could stand to have better colors. This may be the way a human heart is truly colored, but I would much rather wear it if it were colored in shades of red than in shades of brown.

maybe draw on a heart and make the keyhole in the middle of it.. otherwise i wouldnt understand

I agree with most of the "change heart coloring/detail" comments. And maybe just make the key hole a little smaller? I think that would help it read better. So far as designs in this vein go, your's is very good.

Yeah you really need work on the coloring.
