Religion on a shirt is not a hot idea I think. Its hard for threadless to sell a target amount of shirts if lets say not everyone is catholic or even believes in god if any god. I like your design a lot and I think you have a great concept but it would be a tricky endeavor for Threadless to try and sell this shirt.
