The girls neck seems to be a weird angle to me - it looks like she survived an attempted hanging.

its a bit like that scene in the exorcist, where the kid rotates her head 360 degrees.

That poor child... She frightens me so! However, I really like the design, especially on the darker shades and in the bottom right. I really hope you can fix the little girl.. She is the only think hindering this from getting a 5 from me.

This is so cute. I agree with dothetwist. She looks like my neice with downs. But I mean that as a compliment. She looks innocent and the pose is just fine. It's a child's pose. Don't change it.

i really like this but i would suggest maybe making her dress shorter. it doesnt' really look right to me and little girls just don't normally wear floor-length dresses.
