It's not that the threadless community hates type...it just that SOOOOO many people have no concept of good typography. It's not as easy as it looks. I happen to think this looks very good A+ |

"Text" is text, but "Type" is designed. So no, I mean type. That's the problem with most of the shirts that have "text." It doens't fit or isn't well done. Just my modest poke at some of the "better without type" crits. Thanks to those that have given it high scores.

I would so wear this. The irony is it is set rather nicely. Design school turned me into a gigantic typeface nerd and it really bugs my fiance. If this is printed, I will buy.$5
p.s. the typeface is Berthold City Bold. Designed by Georg Trump, it is the typeface used by designer Paul Rand as the basis for the IBM logo. |
