The front wheels of the cop car should be turned towards the golf cart, problem solved. But seeing as how Glennz isn't going to submit a different version, it doesn't matter that I said that.

hm that line behind the cart does look like a cord. but this made me laugh. Reminds me imediately of playing with toy cars with my brother. the police car would look more active with the lights flashing.

yes - the police car is definetely parked as many have said before but a fact that remains important as the design is pointless if the shirt was not altered to add a chase element

I thought that the golf cart... had a motor... that died? and the police car came and gave it a jump... and now the battery is fully charged. yeah. |

Besides having the front wheels of the cop car turned, you could also have it leaning (slightly) as it makes the turn.

you could possibly make the lights on the cop car look like they are flashing, also the cop car wouldn't be travelling that fast to have to keep up with the golf cart anyway..... would it? to me it looks like the cop car is crawling behind the cart just toying with the guy, i can see the cops in the car pissing themselves laughing at what a dickhead the guys is thinking he can out run them in a golf buggy.....I also think I'm reading way to much into this. awesome once again glennz. 5!

Everyone's said what I would say constructively (tire marks, motion of police car), so I'll just say that I love the cell-shade style and accurate rendering.
