I love the title of this, and actually think it would look all right with the title on the shirt. However, I'm afraid I don't really understand the diver.

I think without the diver this shirt works just as well, if not moreso. Beautiful styling of the tentacles... and it felt wrong saying that.

It reads as humorous with or without the diver, and probably somewhat darker (less obscure) without, so my vote is for without.
