Anyway, I like the design. The King-Kong-wearing-an-Empire-State-Building-helmet (or what looks to be a helmet) theme is clever.

for some reason I think it would look better if the text was all lower case.

agreed sarahrae, I think they would be crazy not to choose this submission for the contest. I really like it. the yellow on charcoal, the graphic, everything.

i really like this ! the only thing that is bothering me is that it looks like there are two different color yellows. It could just be my screen.

I really like it. Instead of having some over the top design, you have created a simplistic logo type design. This is a design that anyone could wear, its not aimed towards one group of people. By using only 2 colors (yellow and a yellow-orange?) your eyes tend to concentrate more on the design then the colors used. There is no confusion. Its very easy to see what it is, but its done in a very creative way. I would like to see this design win.
