Looks like Polly Harvey. I like the little fish in a cog but that doesn't seem to be on a t-shirt. If this doesn't make it for the contest (it probably won't since it's too far away from the theme), please resubmit it - I'd buy it.

A bit too busy for my liking. Interesting design, but there's waaay too much going on. Though I am kind of a sucker for anything involving a leaf-pattern design. So I like it, but would never wear it.
