great design, i like it alot....if i may add a few suggestions:
not sure as to your decision of the orange placement on the building, but i would have like to see the orange extended up the right side of the building and not on the front or the flag,[orange=shadow] and maybe have the face in an opposite perspective of the building[looking down and to the left a bit] to add motion....but overall nice design
