It looks a little like modified clipart. I'd work on the limbs a bit more. Good concept.

Its not modified clipart (I take offense to that), I drew it in Illustrator, and the monkey is adjusting his tie.

Thanks for the comments, as for the limbs I know I should have spent more time on them, I just got tired of doing it after while and had other work I needed to get done.
