Maybe it's so overdone and uninspired that lots of people feel like giving it 0s and 1s to state their dislike. Like me.

Concentric circles are nice and all, but I think we need to move on....

Maybe try a continuation of the design on the back, like one on the shoulder and a larger one near the hip....
