This is sweet man. I don't think many designers become rich but I think most can make a decent living. Just not like doctors and lawyers who are pretty much guranteed to make bank. Commercial pilots do well too.

would have liked to see this with some more color. Could use red and maybe blue in the veins

quoperate - Yeah, I was thinking about putting color in the "veins". The veins are actually the tracks on those subway maps.

I tried different colors, but I didn't want most of the focus on the tracks, since the hand and the apple we're such a light color.

I agree it needs more color. It's a great concept but I had to stare at it for a long time to figure out what it was.

i like the chocolate

i think i would like the design a bit more if it wasn't completely centered and perpendicular. i would try either placing the image on one side and leaving the arm upright, or adjusting the image so the arm is at an angle.

As a New Yorker myself, I think this shirt is awesome, but the veins should be red and blue. I like natural, chocolate, and green. Nice size on the shirt, too.
