cute idea, maybe the yellow's a little garish...

looks good, the only thing i might tweak would be the hose on the bike pump... from my experience, those hoses are kinda stiff. i think it'd look better as a single smoother curve.
other colors might be nice too, like light blue and tan. maybe a few more bubbles? near the fish? |

I'd make the fish a different color maybe. It might have just been me, but at first I though it was the sun. I do like it's shape, though.

maybe if you outlined the fish, say, in orange like in your other submition, also add bubbles to the fish and make the bike bump hose better, more stiff.
