I really like it, but I'd re-work the target, it breaks up the continuity of the piece

Not on the white, put it on a medium grey or something

i'd buy it on a blue shirt (change the black ink to white on the rockets?)...cool idea.

Dunno about the missile command, my first reaction was that it was a take on a rocket/shuttle launch. Looks good nonetheless! 5 from me.

I like the design and placement as is. Like someone else said though, not on white.
