I dont think its too big, BUT on a girl with a "chest", the design might end up looking a bit warped.

You've got some space problems. I think the face between the Shout and Louds needs some sort of jawline definition. His face sort of extends too far into the pointy hook end of the speech bubble. Hat and glasses guy's face needs a little work, too. The right side of his face needs more definition than just the current vertical line.

There isn't enough scooter girl to fill in the missing parts. Reverse the red and blue of her, so that where it is currently red it would be the shirt color, and draw in her body where it's currently blue and make THAT red.

It's pretty cool hey! and I like the colors too. Maybe it is true that on a girl with Chest, that should mean any girl actually,it might look a little weird...but hey...it is a good design really!

I don't agree with kevindujour. I like that you left out different parts of each face. The yellow bubble is like pea soup, yuck.. otherwise I love this shirt and I dont even know this band.
