I love the colors and how everything is offset like it's printed twice or backlit.

Hmm.. It looks really good so far, but it still could be improved.

A few small tweaks... I'm thinking shorten the length of the lance so that the bird and the group are closer. I want the group of people to be more underneath the orange burst and the text. And the bird might be a little bit big. Try those out and see if they make a difference.
