I think I like the idea but yeah, his proportions are super weird. He doesn't seem to have waist.

Most people's legs are longer than their torso.

Fix proportions, and maybe change the color of the rays behind him, since you are only using 3 colors right now.

Instead of blunted-off rays, try some that end naturally and maybe some varying lengths.

i like the proportions! looks like it should be that way on purpose... makes him cartoon-ish and not to be taken so seriously, even if he is a super hero of sorts

I love the concept and the red rays and didn't even notice that he wasn't a spitting image of Da Vinci's Vetruvian man. I like it.
