That tortoise looks really good.

I agree with skipcronin about the license plate
and exclamation point.

The rabbit doesn't seemed lined up with the
tortoise. and the starting line is too skinny
at the rabbit end.

I wish HotWheels would make you tortoise design.
They make so many fantasy designs that I bet they
would create one based on your concept. Why not
run it by them? - Do it quick before someone else
does it -

I originally had a road underneath the image and it all looks fine but when you take it away its difficult to see how the positioning works.
The hare is quite big, as they are in real life and its front legs are aligned with the tortoises front wheels. I would have gone over the four colours if I left the road in and the composition would look ass.

I actually like the license plate,
mostly because it's 1337-ed out.
I like the exclamation point idea,
but make it bigger or not in a crappy font.
Something about the rabbit ears seems weird, too.
Overall, I dig it hxc. $4
