Clever. But you might want to go ahead and rotate the text on the shirt, since most people won't take the time to really look and figure it out the way it is. Also, it would help to bring the 'p' ('d' in' Louds') in line with the rest of the characters when upside down. Or capitalize 'p.' All in all, I like.
